We do not listen to or record conversations using our phone service, except to comply with legal/governmental authorities.

If a consumer terminates their VoicePulse service, we purge the credit card number from our billing servers once the customer's VoicePulse account is paid in full. We retain call detail and account records for our internal records.

VoicePulse does not sell any products or services designed to be purchased by children. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
